Based on the famous Cuban classic, "Perla Marina," this piece was written originally for flute, string quartet and percussion in 2009. It was later revisioned and arranged for for string orchestra, and presented by Música de Camara Chamber Orchestra in 2010 at the Natural History Museum in NYC.
